CPJ 45 LA CEMENT (LOW ALKALIS)

CPJ 45 LA CEMENT (LOW ALKALIS)

Mass concreting, dams (BCV and BCR) and alkali-reactive concrete.

The phenomenon of alkali-reaction results from a set of complex chemical reactions that can be triggered between certain mineral phases contained in the aggregates and the highly basic interstitial solution of the concrete, when several conditions are simultaneously met: presence of a form of reactive silica in the aggregates, alkalis in the concrete and water in sufficient quantity. In order to remedy this phenomenon, CIMAT offers its customers the CPJ 45 Low-alcalis solution, which makes it possible to produce concretes that are highly resistant to the phenomenon of alkali-reaction.

CPJ 45 Low-Alkalis is composed of high performance clinker, inert limestone fillers as the main additive, and fly ash with gypsum content suitable for use in mass concrete and concrete at risk of alkali-reaction.

CIMENT CPJ 55 PM

CIMENT CPJ 55 PM

Highly aggressive environments and concrete at risk of internal and external attack.

The CPJ 55 Sea Catch with low heat of hydration, is a high performance cement with high mechanical properties and durability, designed for concretes in highly aggressive environments, in compliance with the Moroccan standard NM 10.1.004/ 10.1.157 Sea Catch.

Composed of 80% Clinker designed specifically for this product, and 20% fly ash of very good quality, with a rate of gypsum adequate to the use, this solution ensures both high resistance to internal and external attacks of hardened concrete.

• Maritime and coastal concretes:
- Foundations - paving, terraces - posts, beams, lintels and ties - retaining walls
• Industrial and agricultural concretes:
Fertilizer storage platforms - green fodder silos - stables, hen houses, tanks, slurry pits - wine and dairy use
• Concreting in a wet environment
- foundations - micropiles - sewerage works - works in contact with: groundwater, polluted, de-icing salt or gypsum soils
• - Concreting in aggressive environments according to the classification of NM 10.1.008 and EN 206.
