Technical data of each cement plant :
- Cement production capacity: 1.6 million t/year/plant
- Clinker production capacity : 1.1 million t/year/plant
- Construction period : 30 months/plant
- Number of jobs : 350 direct and indirect jobs / plant
- Kiln capacity : 3600 t/day / plant
- Land base : Approximately 500 ha / plant
Our plants are technically characterized by the following data:
- Type of process: integral dry process with AS-CC Precalciner
- Fully automated bagging and shipping workshop: Caricamat bag loading and palletization
Start-up phases of the Ben Ahmed plant:
- April 16, 2010: Production of the 1st cement
- December 14, 2010: Production of the 1st clinker
Start-up phases of the Beni Mellal plant:
- June 15, 2011: Production of the 1st cement
- December 14, 2011: Production of the 1st clinker
