QUEUE MANAGEMENT

To ensure that the queue is respected and that the FIFO rule is correctly applied, the parking lots of our shipping points are equipped with an automatic queue management system. Drivers are assigned badges that will be used to clock in and out at the various stages of their journey from the entry parking lot to the exit.

THESE DATA ARE USED LATER TO:

• Detecting possible delays and reacting in time
• Analyze the time spent by the trucks in the different stages to be able to continuously improve our processes
