General Manager of Ciments de l'Atlas, Mr. Rachid Iben Khayat Zouggari joined the group in 2007 as Deputy General Manager for a strategic mission for the company: the construction of two cement plants in Ben Ahmed and Beni Mellal.

In October 2010, he was appointed General Manager of the Addoha Group - Economic and Middle Standing Division.

But his passion for the cement industry quickly caught up with him and he returned in 2013 to Ciments de l'Atlas as General Manager and to Ciments de l'Afrique as Area General Manager (Mauritania - Mali - Guinea Bissau - France)

Engineer in industrial chemistry with a special degree in energy management, Mr. Iben Khayat Zouggari started his career during 7 years as Manager of Quality, Career and Production services within the international cement group established in Morocco - Holcim.

In 1996, he was promoted to the position of Director and General Manager of the Holcim Group's ready-mixed concrete subsidiary, before being appointed in 2000, Director of the Holcim Fez cement plant (for 5 years) and then of the Holcim Settat cement plant until 2007.

Mr. Iben Khayat Zouggari is also an active member of the Professional Association of Cement Manufacturers as a member of the Board.
